Seagate Development Group will soon break ground on the Palm Springs model at the upcoming Palisades, located on Yarberry Lane in north Naples. With over 5,300 square feet of living space, five bedrooms plus a study and playroom, five full and two semi-baths, and a three-car garage, it will be part of Seagate’s 12-acre, 25-family home community where floor plans start at 3,000 square feet .

“As our largest model and floor plan in Palisades, the Palm Springs is a collaboration between Seagate and our interior design firm, Theory Design,” said James Nulf, Jr., chief operating officer and partner, Seagate Development Group. “It takes into account the highly amenitized location, infrastructure in line with customers’ lifestyles and a Pacific Palisades concept.”

The captivating exterior framed by lush landscaping and subtly modern sconces will pave the way to an inviting two story home. It will feature a flat gray tile roof, white facade, warm gray trim, light colored stone trim, black framed windows, wood grain garage doors and black framed glass front doors with a skylight window.

A small step and double doors lead to a two-story foyer with a double flight of stairs. Flanked by a study on one side and a VIP suite on the other, this space will kick off the concept of the Californian cottage on the Palm Springs coast with wide plank floors of white oak and contrasts of black, white and earth tones. These include white panel shaker doors with matte black knobs. The foyer will lead to a powder bath, adjacent closet and drop zone before homeowners and guests are ushered into the great open concept room which offers stunning views of the outdoor living area as well as a wet bar. The nearby gourmet kitchen will feature an expansive island surrounded by top-of-the-line appliances like a gas cooktop, paneled refrigerator and wall oven – all alongside a dining room and a walk-in pantry/utility combination with a second refrigerator.

The split floor plan will host a master suite with private views of the covered porch and pool area, two walk-in closets, and a master bath with dual sinks, a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The first level of living is completed with a covered lanai overlooking the conservation area, equipped with a gas fireplace and an outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill. The swimming pool offers seating for two and a sun lounger, as well as an elevated spa and overflow.

From the landing to the second floor, homeowners and guests are greeted by additional guest suites, a game room with a second wet bar, and a second covered porch for a high-level retreat.

“In Palm Springs, luxury meets convenience, and every square foot is considered. We can’t wait to show Southwest Florida everything you could wish for in a home,” said Mr. Nulf.
