WASHINGTON, DC, March 25, 2022 /EINPresswire.com/ — Rhema Tech Holdings, Inc., an African-American owned clean technology development company based in Prince George’s County Maryland, was formally incorporated as an electric vehicle design and build company and fast-track distributor of electric vehicle charging stations. Rhema Tech Holdings™ has accumulated multiple IP design concepts, brands and services over the years of development.

Rhema Tech Holdings, Inc™ is currently securing early-stage financing to begin building a working prototype electric vehicle through its brand Rhema engines™, the first African-American electric vehicle manufacturer in US history. In addition, Rhema Motors™ has engaged two DC-based lobbying firms to help submit grant applications through the US federal government and secure funds through the Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act (2021). The US Congress has approved EV technology projects as eligible for US$30.7 billion for R&D and implementation.

Rhema Tech Holdings, Inc™ has also secured important partnerships including: A partnership with a major European electric powertrain design group, effectively making Rhema Motors™ their first US dealer of a proven electric powertrain conversion kit for commuter and school buses. In Q4 2022, Rhema Tech Holdings will launch a collaboration with EV charging infrastructure brand KiloWatts, a next-generation 10-15 minute fast charging station, to become the first African-American charging station company.

Rhema Tech Holdings, Inc™ is also currently in discussions to collaborate with MultiPolar Development Corp™, an Alabama-based technology company that has developed an algorithm to increase torque and efficiency in electric vehicles, in conjunction with a new partnership formed with The Engineering School is founded by the prestigious HBCU, Tuskegee University.
