Link Logistics Real Estate, a New York warehousing company that operates a portfolio of last-mile logistics real estate, has leased 349,929 square feet of space in an industrial park in Lakeland.

The company leased Building 300 in the Key Logistics Center, about a mile off Interstate 4 between Tampa and Orlando.

Building 300 includes 3,623 square feet of office space, cross-dock loading, 36-foot ceilings, 104 dock doors, four ramps and access to a trailer lot.

A spokesman for Link Logistics did not respond to a question about what the company will use the property for or the terms of the lease.

The company trades in “logistics real estate tailored to the needs of the modern supply chain,” according to its website.

The company “serves more than 7,000 customers and owns, has an interest in or is developing logistics facilities in key distribution markets across the United States, which when completed will represent 554 million square feet (480 million square feet pro rata). ”

Key Logistics in Polk County is a three-building industrial park located at County Line Road and US Highway 92. It was constructed in 2019. One of the three buildings is currently being used by the Swedish furniture retailer Ikea, which operates a logistics center on the site.

CBRE, which announced the agreement with Link and represents property owner Sealy & Co., is currently marketing the final available building, the 491,929-square-foot Building 200.
