We currently have an exciting vacancy for a National advertising specialist to join ours Brands and Promotions teambased in Melbourne.

Reporting directly to the National Promotions Manager, you will work with content and internal stakeholders to flawlessly implement and execute content and customer-integrated channel promotions and street events to increase ratings, meet revenue goals and develop long-term customer partnerships.

Together with the commercial and content teams, you will directly contribute to station ratings and sales development. They create unforgettable moments for customers and listeners that consistently exceed the industry standard.

About the role:

  • Implementation and management of low-to-mid-level integrated customer and partner campaigns (in a content environment) across multiple brands (including surveys, breakfasts, drives, weekends and station events).
  • Assist the National Promotions Manager in the design, build and management of content initiatives from inception to activation, including go-to-market assets as needed.
  • Leading the ARN Street Team in conjunction with local B&P Directors, alongside Street Team Recruitment (S/M)
  • Managing the performance and training of Street Team staff – including monthly meetings and semi-annual training sessions in conjunction with local B&P directors.
  • Contribute to initial briefing/brainstorming for on-site activations to provide feedback and insights from previous campaigns on effective processes, services and ideas.
  • Project management and optimization of campaigns based on agreed goals, compilation of regular progress updates and post-campaign reports to clients/agencies and all internal key stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.

About you:

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar environment – ​​radio, TV, PR, marketing, events or media promotion
  • Experience in creating and delivering cross-platform integrated campaigns, ideally with experience in event management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven management of casual/project staff
  • Experience in creating and delivering cross-platform integrated campaigns, ideally with experience in event management
  • Proven project management skills with an attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations
  • Big picture thinking and creative approach
  • Solution and conflict resolution skills and motivated to solve creative and business challenges
  • A high degree of organizational skill and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently
