This is a fully integrated manufacturing software suite that leverages edge-native AI to ingest manufacturing data from existing systems and sensors to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), real-time cycle time analysis, and predictive maintenance.
MicroAI Factory is deployed locally in an industrial computing device at a manufacturing or industrial site and ingests data from programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and sensors connected to machines or people within the manufacturing site. It then uses an edge-native AI engine to automatically develop cycle-time analysis and behavioral models that provide deep insights into machine operations and human behavior. This modeling provides real-time analysis of performance, productivity, and uptime, detects operational anomalies, and enables alerting, ticketing, and maintenance scheduling from preset thresholds.

MicroAI Factory is deployed at the edge within a small form factor computing application and connected to PLCs and sensor systems within the factory or industrial facility. All processing, analysis and storage of the data takes place on the facility’s premises, eliminating the data security and connection reliability challenges associated with cloud computing.
Operations management is provided as a central command and control point, while dashboards can be accessed within the facility via a local area network (LAN) or externally via the Internet. Servers can be networked across multiple facilities to share insights without exposing data.
