Two Roads Development is planning the redevelopment of the 8.5-acre waterfront lot at Biscayne 21, an existing 191-unit condominium building at 2121 N. Bayshore Drive, New York Edgewater downtown neighborhood Miamiinto an ultra-luxurious branded housing development.
