Funds have been secured for a multi-generational development worth GBP 28.25 million on the site of the former Lymm Hotel.

The McGoff Group, in partnership with joint venture partner Macdonald Hotels, has signed financing agreements with Puma Finance and Octopus to advance plans for an exciting new multi-generational development on the site of the former Lymm Hotel on Whitbarrow Road in Lymm.


The project is the first of its kind in the Northwest and includes a state-of-the-art care facility, expertly designed daycare center and 45 bespoke luxury retirement homes in a leafy conservation area near the village and adjacent to the Trans Pennine Trail.
Designed by McGoff Group and supplied by prime contractor McGoff Construction, the development is a new concept for intergenerational living that brings young and old together to form a thriving new hyperlocal community with proven health, social and wellbeing benefits for all.
All aspects of development are also operated by the McGoff Group.
