Should Spotsylvania, Virginia County (the “County”) borrow and spend its public improvement bonds with a general obligation not exceeding thirty-two million one hundred and sixty-two thousand four hundred and seventy-four dollars ($ 32,162,474) to raise funds? , along with other available funds, to conduct a program of capital improvement projects for public safety purposes, including, but not limited to (1) the construction and equipment of (a) a fire training and logistics center, including classrooms, office and warehouse space and related facilities, (b) a new fire / rescue station on Partlow and Wallers Roads and © a new fire / rescue station on Massaponax Church Road and Route 1; and (2) replacement of fire and rescue equipment, including new fire engines and ambulances?


Shall the County of Spotsylvania, Virginia (the “County”) take on a debt and issue its public improvement bonds with a general obligation not exceeding fifty-eight million dollars ($ 58,000,000) to raise funds, along with other available county or other funds Sources, if any, to carry out a project for recreational purposes in the county, namely the construction and equipping of a swimming pool and fitness facility with an Olympic competition pool, a warm-up / therapy pool, fitness and wellness facilities and associated facilities, including changing rooms, dining and Beverage areas and warehouses, and related side improvements like parking lots, lighting, and landscaping?
